Our Shop in Harrington is open on Fridays 11am-3pm and we will be at the Machias Valley Farmer's Market Saturdays

Sourdough Bread
Our Sourdough Breads are fermented for 3 days and they are baked in Stone Sole Bread Ovens. This process not only makes the bread very gut friendly, but it also lightens the glycemic index ! The flavor balance is just right!!

If you're looking for the perfect Chewy Bagel.... Look no further! A little piece of NY right here in Downeast Maine!!
